How to use it
Three steps from your email to the tool you need. No installs, no plugins.
Open cleverprofits.app
Visit the platform and click “Sign in with Google.” Use your @cleverprofits.com account — that’s your key. If you’re a CP employee, you’re in. No password to remember.
Find what you need
Your dashboard lists every internal tool you have access to. Search by name (“KPI”), filter by team (Finance, Ops, Design), or just scroll. Each card shows what the tool does and who owns it.

The tool loads at its own clean address — like kpis.cleverprofits.app. Bookmark it, share the link with teammates; anyone with a @cleverprofits.com email gets in the same way.

CleverSuite isn't just a platform — it also comes with a Claude Code skill. Type /cleversuite in any project and it walks through registering your tool: picks up the URL, writes a description, checks for naming conflicts, and submits it for approval. Same result as the dashboard, without leaving your terminal.
Nothing is submitted until you confirm. Tokens never expire — revoke any time from /dashboard/settings/tokens.
Where we are right now
CleverSuite is in active build. Sign-in, the tool registry, and automated subdomain provisioning (Cloudflare DNS + Railway custom domains + SSL) are all live and working. The first tools — like the KPI Dashboard — are already running on it.
The dashboard UI, self-serve register-tool flow, and admin approval surface are landing in the coming weeks. Until then, ask Estephany to register your tool and it’ll appear on the dashboard the moment it’s approved.
